Don’t Be A Zombie Get Enough ZZZ’s

Now that the semester is officially under way I figured it’d be a good time to put up a board on the importance of some high quality ZZZ’s. This board has all sorts of tips on how to fall asleep, stay asleep, and improve your sleep habits. It also has a variety of facts that share side affects of sleep deprivation. So be sure to stop by and improve your nights of sleep. After all a good night of sleep is key to a happy and healthy life.
